About KIDS FIRST
KIDS FIRST is an academic program of excellence for young children with special needs. Currently, 11 KIDS FIRST locations serve children from birth to 6 years old and their families from 32 Arkansas Counties. KIDS FIRST provides high quality, exciting learning environments where each child works on individual learning objectives. A team of trans-disciplinary staff partners with families of children served to help each child reach their highest potential.
For many of our special projects, we depend on community support. Your monetary donation will help support making memories for young children and their families such as celebrating graduation, family events, gardens, and having special adaptive supplies needed for learning. Donations of any size are very helpful, and can be directed to a clinic in your area. Donations can be made online at www.uamshealth.com/giveonline --please select "Gift Designations" and choose KIDS FIRST Program from the menu.
Volunteering your time or service to KIDS FIRST is always a wonderful way to support our mission. To learn more about ways you can volunteer, please contact the clinic director in your area, or call 501-526-8700.
