Help bring a smile to a child’s face during the school year by adopting a UAMS Head Start/Early Head Start classroom! UAMS Head Start/Early Head Start provides quality health, education, disabilities, and social services to low-income children and families throughout Pulaski County. Each year UAMS Head Start/Early Head Start tries to make each child’s educational experience even more rewarding through providing school supplies, field trips, and holiday parties. This would not be possible without the generous help from our sponsors through the Adopt-A-Classroom Project.
How can you adopt a classroom?
There are 56 Head Start and 22 Early Head Start classrooms needing adopted. Recruit co-workers, family members and friends to make a monetary donation, no matter how big or small. With your monetary donation, the children will be able to make even more memories while attending UAMS Head Start/Early Head Start! It will be rewarding for both you and the children!
